Join us on Saturday, June 27 at 5:00 PM for the GSSC BBQ Dinner & Gator Roast featuring Jack’s BBQ, widely regarded as some of the best Texas-style barbecue in Washington State.

For just $25 per plate, you’ll enjoy:

• A full Texas Trinity plate featuring brisket, ribs, and sausage
• Three delicious sides: potato salad, coleslaw, and elote corn on the cob
• Fresh cornbread
• A sampling of smoked gator (because what better meal for the Gators than gator?)
